The Lombardia returns to the orange zone. After the anticipation of the President of the Region, Attilio Fontana, the official confirmation arrived with the signing of the order by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza. The ordinance, which comes into force on Sunday and until December 3: from the 4th a new Dpcm will come into force, it also affects other regions besides Lombardy: Calabria and Piedmont become the orange zone And enter yellow zone Liguria and Sicily (here the full article).
The government’s decision came after hours of controversy and negotiations between the government and Fontana.
The data had been talking about an improvement situation for days. The image remains, however, as indicated by the ministry, delicate and necessary caution: the orange zone in fact indicates the areas of high gravity.
What will change?
Movements
– In the orange zone remains it is forbidden to leave the municipality itself (except for reasons of work, education, health or necessity: this requires self-certification).
– You can move freely within your municipality from 5 to 22 without self-certification. From 10 to 5 in the morning the curfew is activated: you can leave the house only for verified needs and by completing the self-certification.
Smart work
– Working remotely is recommended whenever possible..
Home invitations
– Y strongly recommends not inviting non-living people to your home.
Stores reopen
– Reopening of the shops: everything, without limitations (evidently respecting the interpersonal distance of at least one meter, ensuring the staggering of the entrances and the frequent cleaning of the premises and the exhibition spaces).
– For now, the activity of stores located in shopping centers, with the exception of pharmacies and parapharmacies, health centers, food outlets, tobacconists and kiosks, continues to stop during the holidays and before the holidays.
Schools, second and third grade classes reopen
– Unless otherwise directed by governors, second and third grade students return in orange areas to attend class lessons.
– Nothing changes for secondary schools: distance education remains active.
– Nothing changes for universities: training and curricular activities are not carried out in person, except those relating to the first year of studies and laboratories.
Bars and restaurants
– The rules for bars and restaurants do not change: take-out and home delivery are allowed, no consumption on the spot.
Sports, events and museums
– Gyms, swimming pools, wellness centers and spas are closed.
– Contact sport is prohibited, but relative training is allowed outdoors and individually. On the other hand, it is allowed to attend the sports centers and public and private sports clubs of the Municipality itself or, in the absence of said structures, in neighboring Municipalities, to carry out basic outdoor sports activities, complying with the rules of social distancing and without creating meetings . It is forbidden to use the spaces used as changing rooms.
– The museums remain closed.
Condominium Assemblies
– Condominium assemblies can be held in person when it is not possible to organize them remotely.
