Next Friday the minister must update the situation of Lombardy and Piedmont which could be considered suitable for the orange zone, if the data confirms it (at the moment it seems that the two regions may have the requirements to leave the red zone).

Lombardy and Piedmont possible transition to the orange zone: the new rules

Once the higher risk band has been left, Lombard and Piedmont could benefit from a slight relaxation of the limitations, with the transition to the rules provided for the orange zone:

• In addition to the 10 pm curfew, valid throughout Italy, any movement to and from the Region is prohibited, except for proven work, health and urgent needs.
• Stores that have been closed since November 6 reopen.
• Distance learning is for secondary schools only.
• You can take your children to school and you can pick them up.
• You can return to your home or residence.
• It is not possible to go to a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or domicile, except for a proven need for work or study, for health reasons, for situations of need or to carry out activities or take advantage of non-suspended and unavailable services. in your municipality.
• Closed catering services except for dining rooms and catering. Only catering with home delivery is allowed.
• To circulate in the region, self-certification is not required, which is only required to travel to a red region.
