It’s almost official: four Regions return to the yellow zone, one in orange. The latest follow-up data from the Higher Institute of Health confirmed the positive trend of recent weeks, with the Rt index measured in symptomatic cases of Covid-19 falling to 0.82. But beware, they are still at high risk: Emilia Romagna, the province of Trento, Puglia, Sardinia and Veneto. And there are also many Regions with a moderate level of risk: Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Bolzano Province, Sicily, Tuscany, Umbria, Valle D’Aosta. However, depending on the different scenarios, it is decided whether the restrictive measures should be those of the red, orange or yellow zone. Thus came the approval of the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, to change the color of some Regions, which had been talked about for days. Lombardy, Piedmont, Basilicata and Calabria go to the yellow zone, Abruzzo returns to the orange zone, after a week of controversy and back and forth between the president of the Region, Marco Marsilio, and several government ministers. Nothing to do for Campania and Tuscany, which remain in the orange zone despite the fact that the data from the last few days bodes well.

What changes for the Regions that go from the orange to the yellow zone
