New restrictions to loosen control of the virus and re-enter orange zone The week before the Easter holidays: this is the objective of some regional and municipal ordinances issued to further limit the circulation of citizens and create red zones where there are outbreaks caused by the variants. The key date is March 26, if that day the monitoring data shows an improvement, the red regions will be able to move to the lower end and many stores and businesses, including hair and beauty salons, could reopen. These are the deadlines established by the government decree in force since March 13.
March 15: band pass
On March 15, all regions of the yellow band switched to the orange band. The other risk levels were decided on the basis of the Rt index and the robustness of the health facilities.
The red regions
They are in the red band Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Lombardy, Piedmont, Veneto, Marche, Molise, Puglia, Trento.
On March 12, Veneto had Rt at 1.28, so you could expect to drop below 1.25 and go back to orange.

The follow-up on March 19 will therefore serve to provide information, but the decisive one will arrive on March 26. If the values go down, it could change from red to orange and the reopening of some activities with a new ordinance.
March 29: ordinances
On March 29 in the most virtuous regions all shops, hairdressers, barbers and beauty centers could reopen. Five days of filming before the confinement he decided on Easter.
The closure of Easter
