Milan, September 15, 2020 – Sono 176 new cases of coronavirus in Lombardy in the last 24 hours. Of these, the Region reports in its daily bulletin on the Covid-19 emergency, 35 are ‘weakly positive’ and 8 derive from serological tests. The figure is higher than yesterday, when the new positives were 125, but the numbers, as always, must be read in light of processed swabs. Today there are almost 20 thousand (19,399, which brings the total to 1,850,323) while yesterday they were 7,931, therefore less than half. This makes buffer / positive ratio today it is improving substantially, standing at 0.9%, compared to 1.57% on Monday. Stable i deceased, also with an increase of two units (16,903 since the beginning of the emergency). Great attention to in front of the hospital, between lights and shadows. Healed / discharged significantly increased (+223 in 24 hours), for a total of 77,938, of which 1,383 discharged and 76,555 recovered. Slight increase in hospitalizations: +1 in intensive care and +1 in the other wards, in total 29 and 263 respectively.

In Italy 1,229 cases and 9 deaths
There are 1,229 cases of coronavirus and 9 deaths (for a total of 35,633 victims since the beginning of the emergency) registered in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data published by the Ministry of Health. Lombardy first in new positives, third in hospitalizations
the greater number of new cases (176) was identified in Lombardy, where, however, the highest number of swabs was also performed, almost 10,000 more than the second region for the number of daily controls (Emilia-Romagna). In second place for new cases Liguria (144, with 2445 swabs), followed by Lazio (139 cases and 7727 swabs) and Campania (136 cases and 3895 swabs). Regarding me hospitalizations in first place Lazio with 453 patients, Campania with 295, Lombardy in third place with 263.
