Coronavirus cases continue in local schools. The Municipality of Cesenatico reports that there has been a positive case of Covid-19 within the Ricci Ortali Elementary School in Villalta.

According to the Municipality, the student, an 8-year-old boy, is asymptomatic and his infection is linked to an out-of-school outbreak in which the ASL is already working. Given the young age of the classmates, Public Hygiene has arranged for the 17 students a double tampon and home insulation. Two tampons are also provided for teachers and school staff, without home insulation. For the parents of the students, no home isolation was organized.

The Municipal Administration, in agreement with the Director, at the end of the day will sanitize the environments entrusted to a specialized company.

“The case is related to an outbreak outside the school, but as a precaution, the public health department has considered isolating the class. There are no isolation measures for parents. We are in permanent contact with the Department of Public Hygiene and with the Director to keep the situation under control ”, words of Mayor Matteo Gozzoli.
