The curator was this afternoon at the Cinema Italia for the assembly of the condominium where the future appearance of a fundamental piece of the Macerata district was illustrated. In addition to the demolition and reconstruction of eight buildings, a parking structure with 350 spaces will also arrive in via Zorli.
“It involves the demolition and reconstruction of 8 large condominium buildings for a total of 140 real estate units located between via Maffeo Pantaleoni and via Zorli, known by Macerata as the “Palazzi de ‘Lattà”, built in the late 50s of the last century to meet the strong need for affordable housing, ”explains Iommi.

A contest that allows the provincial capitals to participate, with a maximum of three projects, in the maximum financing of 15 million. The first project on which the administration focuses refers precisely to this area of the city, and foresees the provision of a transverse link road which, by cutting the long and cumbersome crinale della Pace road in half, manages to connect the district to both the east and west, “alleviating the current and unsustainable crossing of Piazza Nazario Sauro”.
