The mayor of Busto Arsizio Emanuele Antonelli intervenes with a post on his Facebook page about the history of Legionella infection cases occurred in Busto Arsizio in recent days and was communicated last night, Friday, by the regional councilor for Health Giulio Gallera.

The situation is under control.
I spent the entire afternoon yesterday talking on the phone with regional leaders and health authorities to obtain all the necessary information.
There should be 15 cases, all under observation.
There should be no life-threatening people.
There are 11 men and 4 women between 56 and 92 years old.
The registered death is not attributable with certainty to Legionella because it is a multi-pathological and elderly patient.
The area under observation is Madonna Regina.
We are doing all the necessary research.
I update you as soon as I have news.
