(ANSAmed) – BEIRUT, SEPTEMBER 15 – The fire that broke out this morning in downtown Beirut and damaged a recently completed building known to have been designed by the studio of British Iraqi-born architect Zaha Hadid was put out. , who passed away in 2016.
This was reported by the Lebanese media, citing security sources in the Lebanese capital. The fire had spread to the building located within the area known as the Beirut Markets (Beirut Souks), completely rebuilt after the destruction of the civil war (1975-90).
