LAST RAIN IN THE SOUTH. Llast disturbance in the series will be delayed on sunday in the southern regions, still leading to a largely unstable day with scattered rains and showers and even some snowfalls in the Apennine belt, but with phenomena that will tend to diminish during the day. Instead, the climate will improve in the center-north, thanks to the reinforcement of a high pressure field that will begin to expand from southwestern Europe towards the central Mediterranean and will strengthen even more with the start of the new week, also favoring an increase in temperatures. Let’s see in detail what the conditions are for Sunday:

ITALY TIME SUNDAY. The disturbance persists in the south and the middle Adriatic with some rain in Abruzzo, Molise, north-central Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily and showers especially in the northern sector of the island, including electrical storms. Snow altitude in the southern Apennines 1400 / 1500m. Phenomena in attenuation during the day, first in the peninsular regions, then also in Sicily at night. Net improvement on the other hand in the north and in the middle-upper Tyrrhenian Sea, thanks to the high pressure boost that will favor large spells, except for some harmless clouds in the central-eastern Alps and the Emilian Apennines. Beware of the fog, present on the banks in the coldest hours of the Po Valley, especially along the Po River. Maximum temperatures increasing in the Center-North.
