Built from a warehouse of the Terina Foundation. After a year of requests from the Catanzaro prosecutor Nicola Gratteri and the president of the Court of Appeals Domenico Introcaso (in view of the Rinascita-Scott maxi-trial) and after the proposal of various solutions (some unacceptable due to being onerous) Gennarino Masi, The president of the Terina Foundation, an internal body of the Calabria Region, has proposed the sale of a warehouse located within the Foundation. A proposal immediately welcomed by then-Governor Jole Santelli. The work progressed at an accelerated pace, while Rinascita-Scott’s preliminary hearing was held in Rebibbia, which, among the 91 abbreviated and more than 300 charges, has 455 defendants.
