“In Asti there are red zones and free zones”, and in this disparity it was a 13-year-old boy who died in the nomadic camp from the wounds of a battery of firecrackers.
The 5-Star Movement points the finger at the municipal administration that “in that area of Vía Guerra in 2017 it promised and guaranteed clearings, closures and strict controls. So far nothing has been done and for this reason a criminal proceeding is already underway before the Asti Court ”.
The nomadic camp is located on land owned by the Municipality that, underlines Massimo Cerutti (Movimento 5Stelle), “is illegally occupied and is a continuous scene of illegality that this Administration cannot or does not want to resolve, not even on a night of touch of remains due to pandemics. Subject to extraordinary supervision. ”
Cerutti recalls that already last August the new commissioner had underlined the priority of an intervention in the camp: “In the via Guerra Roma camp there is an intolerable health situation.”
“Offering condolences now on television by the mayor is a cowardly and instrumental act,” he concludes. Now that the dead man has escaped, everything is seized, obviously beyond that, much more serious responsibilities are found and those who have to pay pay ”.
