Juventus Football Club SpA announces that it has closed the agreement with Atalanta BCSpA for the temporary sale for two years, until June 30, 2022, of the registration rights of the player Cristian Romero for a consideration of 2 million euros, payable in full during the course of this exercise.
The agreed consideration may be increased, during the two sports seasons, by an amount of 2 million euros after the achievement of certain sports goals.
The contract also provides for Atalanta BCSpA’s power to exercise a right of option for the definitive acquisition of the same player for a consideration of 16 million, payable in three years.
