The teacher who obtains the transfer even to another type of place does not have to complete the trial year since he continues to hold the same degree of education.
A reader writes us:
“I did a test year on child support 3 years ago. This year of competition I spent in common childhood. I shouldn’t repeat the trial year, right? The executive told me I should do this. Is there a regulatory reference that specifies who does not have to do the trial year?“
The year of testing and training must be carried out by teachers who are in any of the conditions indicated in article 2, paragraph 1 of Ministerial Decree 850/2015, which establishes the following:
“The following is required to complete the training and testing period:
to teachers who are in the first year of service with permanent assignments, whatever the title conferred, and who aspire to be confirmed in the position;
Bisexual teachers for whom an extension of the training and testing period has been requested or who have not been able to complete it in previous years. In any case, the repetition of the period implies participation in the corresponding training activities, which must be considered an integral part of the service in the trial year;
there are teachers for whom the role change has been arranged “
Therefore, newly placed teachers and those who have obtained the role change must complete the full year of testing and training.
On the other hand, there is no trial year for teachers who obtain the transfer
No trial year after mobility from common place support
The teacher who has been satisfied in the movement requested for support to a common place in the same degree of ownership has obtained a transfer that does not imply a trial year
The property education degree, in fact, has remained unchanged and the probationary year is not repeated a second time if it has already been approved for the same title, as clarified in ministerial note n. 39533 of 09/04/2019, where in paragraph 3 among the teachers who do not have to complete the probationary year there are also those who have obtained the transfer from common place to support and vice versa within the same order and grade.
Conclusions
What was said by the director of our reader, therefore, is not correct.
The teacher has obtained the support transfer to common place in the kindergarten, where she already completed and passed the test year 3 years ago and this year, therefore, she is not required to do it again.
