After Christmas Eve and Boxing Day in ‘confinement’ or almost, within your municipality you can freely go for a walk or shop, always observing the distance of one meter from others and wearing a mask. Self-certification is necessary to move within the municipality between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. or to justify travel outside the municipality and / or the region for reasons of need, work, health. It is recommended to leave with a self-certification already completed, but it is possible to complete the form during the controls carried out by the police. The reasons for moving during curfew are work, health and urgency.

Today the Reopening of stores with hours until 9pm, to prevent customers from concentrating on a tight schedule and creating crowds. Bars and restaurants, meanwhile, should be limited to take out food until 10 pm and at home.

The government’s Faq states that “in the period between December 21, 2020 and January 6, 2021, movements from a home in coexistence to second residences are always allowed, from 5 to 22, within its own Region and always prohibited to other Regions. It is allowed to move to the second home, even if it is of more than one co-owner, of a single cohabiting family unit “.

Travel to second homes in a region other than yours is prohibited from December 21 to January 6. In the period considered, therefore, “the transfer from the second home to the workplace cannot be used as justification for a new return to the second home, in another region, in the same period. Therefore, you can return to work but you can’t go back to the second house. “

For any infraction, the applicable penalty is the administrative one, from 400 to 1,000 euros, “possibly increase up to a third if the offense occurs through the use of a vehicle.”
