One of the most painful options is that of the hours of public establishments and on this the Regions have asked to give a form of economic compensation to a sector that has already been hit hard in the closing months. The objective is to lower the contagion curve, without exceeding the requests for sacrifices and closures: economic repercussions are feared. As Franceschini had anticipated, the limits for shows have not been tightened: for cinemas, theaters, concert halls there is a ceiling of 200 spectators indoors (with an exception of 500 for large structures), 1000 outdoors. For smart work, we went from 50 to 60-70 percent in public service, with a recommendation to do the same in the private sector.

One of the biggest problems that arose with the opening of schools is the gathering of children before and after the school activity. We will try to avoid them with a recommendation not to exceed the number of six close people. Even on the nightlife front, containment measures arrive, albeit relatively light: after 9pm it will no longer be possible to stand or drink near the clubs and bars and restaurants will have to close before midnight.
