It all started at the end of February. A mother, worried that her 17-year-old daughter often left home and feared she had started using drugs, goes to the Carabinieri. The woman complains that the girl had not returned home the night before and the investigation begins. Investigators uncover a round of parties in which, in exchange for drugs and money, young women prostituted themselves. Among them was the daughter of the woman who had gone to the carabinieri. It will be herself, the next day, to tell everything. She explained that she had been approached by Luca Cavazza, a 27-year-old ultras from Virtus Bologna, already a candidate (not elected) with Lucia Borgonzoni for the regional elections in Emilia Romagna and now under house arrest. She will tell how she introduced her to meetings in “Villa Inferno”, the name given to the home of Davide Bacci, a Bolognese businessman now under house arrest. About the money and drugs he took in exchange for sex. And from that secretly filmed video that Bacci showed other people. After that episode, the girl decided to separate from the group. The suspects
In total there are eight suspects in the Bologna Carabinieri investigation that led to the arrest of the businessman and the house arrest of Cavazza and Fabio Cresi, 47, from Cesena. For four other people the obligation to sign was ordered. Among the professionals involved also a lawyer, a restorer and an engineer. The charges are induction and exploitation of child prostitution and illicit drug possession.
The 17-year-old’s story: “I knew we were going to get high, she used me to get cocaine”
It was Cavazza who was looking for the girls to invite to parties. “In 2019, I started assiduously attending the Virtus Basket corner at Paladozza. In the Virtus environment, I was intrigued by the leadership of Cavazza, a well-known person who coordinates the cheers with the megaphone, ”says the 17-year-old, who is the only minor involved. The first time he goes to the entrepreneur’s house is in October 2019 “. Luca – he explains – one night in October he convinced me to follow him to the house of some Virtus fans, in particular I remember the name of the owner who was called Bacci who had a very nice house between Pianoro and Rastignano. ”Cavazza did not hide the objective of this meeting from the young woman:“ When we arrived at Bacci’s house, I had already found out from Cavazza that we were going to have a ‘stop’, it is I mean, Bacci would have given us coca. In fact, at Bacci’s house I saw that there were about ten people between boys and girls who were snorting. ”That was only the first episode. Others followed. The 27-year-old was systematically looking for young women to take to parties. He knew that in exchange he would get free drugs. “He used me – the 17-year-old still remembers – to go to parties where coca was consumed, to hire him for free and then offer me for group sexual activity. I accepted because I wanted coca” .
The investigating judge: “Cavazza identified the women to be initiated into prostitution in an almost professional manner”
For the coroner, the 27-year-old real estate agent used a “near-professional” method to recruit young women to bring them home to Bacci. The ordinance states: “Cavazza was tasked, and carried out continuously, to identify young women to enter prostitution, or to be carried out in places where this prostitution activity was consumed, in exchange for cocaine. This activity was carried out in an almost professional way by Cavazza, also considering his possibility of continuous contacts also in the sports field of the fans of the local Virtus Bologna basketball team that he attended, and his status as a drug user that evidently placed him in the constant need to reiterate the behavior ”.

The traces of those encounters remained in the photos and videos made by the suspects themselves. Material that was not kept secret. When the girl finds out, she decides to break off relations with Bacci. In the newspapers, her account recalls that she once spent three days at the home of one of the suspects. After consuming cocaine, she explains that “she played sexual games” with another woman, for “the visual pleasure” of the man who was with them. “In those three days,” he specifies, “I never had sex with him.” In May, heard again by the police, the minor recounted another episode, this time in the village, where she had sex with a girl of about 29 years old. “At one point,” he says, “Bacci, followed by some friends, approached the room and I remember that he began to film us.”
That same afternoon, “at his house, after having seen myself filmed, I followed him along with others in the sauna and there I remember having a sexual relationship with him that I could not deny also because I was at his house where he had contracted a lot of free coca” The girl also explains that later she “slowed down” relations with Bacci because he had “circulated the video.” And those images also reach the owner of the house where the 17-year-old lives with her mother: “It was he who He warned me to be careful because I was circulating this video, ”he recalls. Then he adds:“ Bacci never gave me completely money for sexual activity, but I remember receiving a sum of money from him in January 2020, money that I needed to do the nail”.
