Of these, 18 cases from Sardinia, 11 from abroad, while another 21 are related to returns. Numbers that carry the total positives to 7,768 since the start of the pandemic, in 449,451 swabs analyzed. Unfortunately, for the second day in a row, a new death, a 52-year-old woman, bringing the total to 448. There are 5 healed of the day, bringing the total to 4,476 (of which 4,471 are fully cured and 5 are clinically cured. Patients who have become asymptomatic but are still waiting for the two consecutive swabs to demonstrate full recovery are considered clinically cured).
De Luca: “40% of those infected come from outside the region”
Today we have 170 positives for coronavirus and around 40% are related to infections from people from abroad or from Sardinia ”. The governor anticipates the daily bulletin of the Civil Protection of Campania for Covid19 Vincenzo De Luca, who announced that there will be another 500 people who will be employed to perform the swabs. “The second regional control plan will begin soon, starting with the RSA – explains De Luca – specifying that the controls will affect first the most exposed categories”.
Coronavirus: recovered, dead and positive in Campania
There are 19 new healed since coronavirus in Campania, with a new registered death. Two hundred hospitalizations have been exceeded: figures that are once again worrying, with the risk of saturation of hospital structures.
