MACERATA – A 20-year-old resident of the province and a 19-year-old young man from the capital arrested by the carabinieri who detained them yesterday afternoon in the area between Giardini Díaz and Piazza Pizzarello.
Marijuana seized by the carabinieri
In a warehouse they had 150 grams of marijuana, a precision hanger and a variety of material to pack the doses. Two young men, a 19-year-old macerata and a 20-year-old resident of the province, already known to the police, were arrested yesterday afternoon by the carabinieri of the operational unit, led by Lieutenant Massimiliano D’Antonio. The couple was warned by the military, busy during the usual services that are carried out in the parks and gardens of the capital to combat drug trafficking, while they wandered through the area between Giardini Díaz and Piazza Pizzarello. A check revealed that the 20-year-old had a dose of heroin in his pockets. The police thus went to the warehouse used by the two young men and there they found and seized the marijuana, 150 grams, the precision hanger and the material to package the doses. The two are now under house arrest in their respective homes, awaiting validation.
