There are 475 new infections in 24 hours in Sicily, more than a hundred less than yesterday. Two victims, both in Palermo. Thirteen more patients in hospital, 8 in ordinary regimen and 5 in intensive care. The swabs are 5739 against more than 7700 detected yesterday.
The total of current positives amounts to 6281: 479 hospitalized with symptoms, 61 in intensive care, 5,741 in home isolation. The total number of cases is 11,744, 362 deaths (+2), 5,101 discharged cured.
There are 10,925 new cases of coronavirus registered in Italy in the last 24 hours, and 47 deaths that bring the total of victims to 36,474. In the last 24 hours, 165,837 swabs were made, for a total of 13,394,041 since the emergency began.
This is what we read in today’s newsletter from the Ministry of Health and Civil Protection. The total discharged / cured is 249,127 (+1,255), while the current positives are 116,935. To date there are 6,617 hospitalized with symptoms, of these 705 are in intensive care, while there are 109,613 people in home isolation.
