The president of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, based on information from the director of the Department of Health Promotion, Vito Montanaro, reports that today, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in Puglia, 9,820 tests have been registered and recorded for Covid-19 coronavirus infection. 1,659 positive cases:
- 577 in the province of Bari,
- 96 in the province of Brindisi,
- 176 in the BAT province,
- 567 in the province of Foggia,
- 78 in the province of Lecce,
- 159 in the province of Taranto,
- 5 residents outside the region,
- 1 case of province of unknown residence.
34 deaths were recorded: 14 in the province of Bari, 2 in the province of BAT, 7 in the province of Foggia, 5 in the province of Lecce, 6 in the province of Taranto.
Since the beginning of the emergency, 794,335 tests have been carried out.
- 14,696 are recovered patients.
- 39,766 are currently positive cases.
The total of positive Covid cases in Puglia is 55,979, divided as follows:
- 21,416 in the province of Bari;
- 6,362 in the province of Bat;
- 3,915 in the province of Brindisi;
- 13,156 in the province of Foggia;
- 4,197 in the province of Lecce;
- 6,567 in the province of Taranto;
- 364 attributed to residents outside the region;
- 2 province of unknown residence.
