It was Bruno Naldi, the eldest of the three brothers, who heard the news of the ‘impossible’ search in the news and newspapers: he remembered the American soldiers who took him and his brothers in their arms, even giving them candy. And her sister Mafalda, in that photo, recognized herself immediately.
