Hotels and bathing establishments will not have to pay the first installment of the IMU. The tax will not apply. This is foreseen by the latest version of the “relaunch” decree that the government is about to approve. The text, updated at 17:30 today, grants the concession to properties classified in the cadastral category D / 2, that is, hotels and guest houses, provided that their owners are also administrators of the activities. The abolition also applies to beach, sea, lake and river establishments.
