It happened on Saturday outside the Caravaggio sports center. A woman walked up to a 70-year-old man driving a Ferrari and deftly took off his precious watch in seconds.
The man had arrived at the Caravaggio sports hall parking lot aboard a Ferrari, when a woman approached him and, pretending to know him, hugged him. The 70-year-old man, surprised by the unexpected gesture, had a few seconds of hesitation, it was enough for the thief to remove the precious watch he had on his wrist, a Rolex Daytona valued at more than 30 thousand euros.
Realizing the woman’s cunning, the man immediately tried to stop her, but she fought back, causing him to fall to the ground and flee in a car with an accomplice waiting for her a few feet away.
They have both lost track.
The Carabinieri de Treviglio began the investigation after the man filed a complaint.
