Huawei AppGallery has become the third largest application market in the world. The company competes directly against the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. To offer Huawei and Honor smartphone users a large library of applications, the company has announced its partnership with MapmyIndia to offer maps, GPS navigation and other solutions. Basically, this will give users a great alternative to the already popular Google Maps.

As part of the partnership, Honor and Huawei smartphones will now come pre-loaded with MapmyIndia’s Move app. In order to bring high-precision maps to the table, the app will offer features such as high definition 3D, house and building level details, overlaid with live traffic and security information. The app will also bring Smart Mobility Platform to address safety, convenience, and efficiency in the automotive industry, as well as among vehicle owners.
