National ‘red zone’ from December 24 to January 6, on holidays and days before holidays, with the exception – the measurements will be those of the ‘orange zone’ – on the working days of December 28, 29, 30 and January 4th. In the end, after a close and bitter showdown within the government itself, he passed the hardest line regarding anti-Covid measures in Italy. The fear that gave rise to the provision, which will go through the council of ministers and immediately afterwards, around 7:00 p.m., will be illustrated to the nation by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, is that of a third wave of the virus and therefore a winter, especially in the months of January and February, marked by dire numbers of infections, hospitalizations and deaths.
SPECIAL COVID – UMBRIAON
Children under 14 not included between the two guests.
Among the nodes to be resolved is the repeal, of which the methods and days of implementation must be precisely defined, which allows a maximum of two people to be invited home -this number does not include children under 14-, with the consequent possibility traveling by car for reasons other than work and health. But there are several aspects that have not yet been defined in detail, about what can and above all will not be done: more will be known on Friday in prime time.
The hypothesized measures
In the days of the ‘red zone of Italy’, therefore, it will not be possible to move from one’s own home, except for the usual essential reasons or for the aforementioned exception, with the need for self-certification and contextual closure of business activities . In the days of the ‘orange zone’, on the other hand, you will not be able to leave your municipality of residence, except for those who live in municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants and in any case to move within a radius of 30 kilometers: the municipalities -capitals (in Umbria, Perugia and Terni) in no case can be contacted, even if they are included in this range. On ‘orange’ days the shops will be open unlike the bars and restaurants (only take away and deliveries).
