(ANSA) – AOSTA, DEC 11 – Matteo Zanetti has resigned from the position of President and CEO of Cervino spa, the regional subsidiary of Valle d’Aosta that manages the Valtournenche plants, as well as Breuil-Cervinia, Rebeco and Torgnon. The decision follows the controversy over the blackout of a webcam in the Cervinia area, where a meeting of skiers had taken place earlier this month.

At the end of last October, the area at the foot of the Matterhorn had taken center stage after the long queues registered outside the checkouts on the first day of opening.

A hotelier, born in 1971, Zanetti is also an alpine ski instructor and had reached the top of the Matterhorn spa at the beginning of last October. (HANDLE).
