He had paid a man to break his surgeon son’s hands, to professionally destroy it. The story begins when the boy is a paparazzi on the coast of France in the company of a well-known actor. The photo ends up in a gossip newspaper. There the father does not discover for the first time the homosexuality of his son, of which he was already aware, but is scandalized by the fact that he leads his life without hiding. The surgeon had opened his office a year earlier and left home. Later he introduced his partner to the family. “It was the first time that I spoke about my homosexuality. In fact, the man first lashed out at his wife: he threatens her, he beats her and she separates after 42 years of marriage. Then he pays a man to kill his son, but here something unexpected happens: the paid person has no intention of completing their task and confesses everything to the young surgeon. “He told me that my dad had paid him to break my hands, he also tells me that he doesn’t feel like doing it because I seemed like a good boy and he doesn’t want to ruin my life,” explains the young man. The two agree and fake an attack to provide their father with photographic evidence of the mission accomplished. Then the son denounces everything. “At first I didn’t want to, I was afraid. I lived under surveillance, my friends came looking for me and took me home. I kept them aware of my movements because I was afraid, ”the boy explains. Now the two speak only through lawyers. In social networks, the professional’s father wrote: “Revenge is a dish that should be served cold.”
