Catanzaro – Serious statements by the ad acta commissioner of Health of Calabria, Saverio Cotticelli, last night during the “Titolo Quinto” program broadcast on Rai3. Cotticelli was interviewed after the region was included among the red areas amid controversy from the Calabrian political world, which continues to judge the government’s choice as excessive.
“In June you realize that there is no Covid plan,” asks the journalist. And, the commissioner, declares: “I ask the ministry a question to know who should carry out the operational program of the covid”. And, turning to “Maria”, he discovers that the plan “had to do it.” The document says then that: “In the regions subject to a re-entry plan and commissariat it is exclusively the structure of commissars.” Thus, as the journalist points out, two million Calabrians still find themselves without a covid plan: “This is not the case, the plan is being implemented and next week it is ready,” says Cotticelli.
“Do you realize this is serious?” the Rai 3 journalist asks again and now he is in a bind and does not hide the seriousness of his statements: “Tomorrow morning they will throw me out of here.”

Commissioner Calabria announced his resignation a month ago
The resignation announced in October had been motivated by the desire not to become the scapegoat “for situations that I do not blame, enough is enough, we have reached the point of no return.” The statements came after a substantial rejection of his work by the interministerial table that monitors the economic situation in the sector.
