Extraordinary opening of vaccination centers on Saturdays to allow children to get vaccinated against the flu. The same procedures, structures and schedules also on the following Saturdays of the months of October and November, days, therefore, dedicated exclusively to vaccinating children.

For adults, whose family doctors have not joined the campaign, the following clinics will be available from next Monday: Turrisi Colonna (Tuesday and Thursday 2.30pm / 6.30pm), Arcoleo (Monday and Wednesday 2.30pm / 6pm), 30 ), Settecannoli (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2.30pm / 6.30pm), Pietratagliata (Monday and Wednesday 2.30pm / 6.30pm), Casa del Sole (Monday and Wednesday 2.30pm / 6.30pm), Arenella (Monday and Wednesday 2.30pm / 6.30pm), Pallavicino (Monday and Wednesday 2:30 pm / 6:30 pm), via Onorato (Monday to Saturday 9:00 am / 1:00 pm).

The offer is free, for all people over 60 years old, who only have to access the Centers with an identification document. It is also free for: all pediatric or adult subjects suffering from chronic diseases that affect the respiratory, circulatory, uropoietic system, diabetes and other metabolic diseases, intestinal malabsorption syndromes (for these categories of users it will be sufficient to show the document and / or the exemption number of the ticket due to pathology; failing that, it will be necessary to present the certification of the existing pathology, drawn up by the treating physician). Also free for: children and adolescents on long-term acetylsalicylic acid treatment; pregnant women and children from 6 months of age; hospitalized in long-term care facilities; doctors and health personnel; relatives and contacts of high-risk people; employees of public services of primary collective interest and some other categories of workers; personnel in contact with animals, for work purposes.

The influenza vaccination, whose campaign began on October 5 with the distribution of vaccines, is carried out in collaboration with free-choice general practitioners and pediatricians who have joined the vaccination program promoted by the Ministry of Health and who therefore, they will facilitate the vaccination of their clients.

Pneumococcal vaccination and vaccination against the “San Antonio fire” (vaccination against herpes zoster) can also be practiced for free for those at risk.
