He kills his 11-year-old son and then takes his own life

Tragedy at night in a house a Rivara, in the province of Turin. A 47-year-old Italian worker, Claudio Baima Poma, who worked in a metallurgical company, pointed a non-legally detained weapon to kill his 11-year-old son. Then, with the same weapon, he took his own life. The alarm went off shortly before two in the morning. Carabinieri and 118 operators intervened on site.

Before making the gesture, the man wrote a long post on Facebook addressed to his wife Iris: he accuses her of not having helped him overcome depression and writes to Andrea (the son) and I could not be apart for a second, every opportunity was good to be together, I could not be without him and not even him without me. We are leaving for a long journey, where no one can separate us, get away from everything, get away from suffering.
