Meetings
The mayors may order “the closure to the public, after 9:00 p.m., of streets or squares of urban centers, where meeting situations can be created, without prejudice to the possibility of access and exit to commercial establishments and private homes open legitimately”.
Bars and restaurants
“The activities of the catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, patisseries) are allowed from 5:00 to 24:00 with consumption at the table, and with a maximum of six people per table, and more at 18:00 in absence of consumption at the table; catering with home delivery is always allowed in compliance with hygienic-sanitary regulations for both packaging and transport activities, as well as, until midnight, catering with takeout food, with prohibition consumption on the spot or in the immediate vicinity after 9 pm ».
Gyms
The gyms and swimming pools remain open but have a week to adapt the protocols.
contact sports
Basic amateur sports, schools and initial training activities related to contact sports are allowed only on an individual basis and no competitions or competitions are allowed. All competitions, competitions and activities related to contact sports that have a recreational-amateur nature are suspended. Futsal, basketball and other contact sports are now prohibited at the amateur level and, with the new decree, the measure will also affect amateur associations and clubs, including therefore schools for children and adolescents. Bus and metro
According to the CTS, “an important criticality is represented by local public transport that does not seem to have adapted to the renewed needs” and therefore calls for “promoting a different mobility with the active involvement of local institutions and mobility managers.” Before limiting the capacity of buses and the subway to a weight above the expected 80%, the government now wants to see the effects of better smart work and staggering entrances to schools. Playrooms
The activities of arcades, betting rooms and bingo halls are allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. provided that the Regions and Autonomous Provinces have previously verified the compatibility of carrying out the aforementioned activities with the evolution of the epidemiological situation in their own territories.
