Favalli explained how what happened last night at his hotel was possible: “To avoid overcrowding, yesterday it was forbidden to dine except in the room. Our hotel is a summer resort, it is almost impossible to bring food to all rooms. We organized a lunch with various courses to entertain clients and make sure that in the evening they were satisfied with a cold dish on the table. The hotel has had many reservations, especially with the word of mouth generated by the young people and until that moment we are in the law ”.
Then Favalli admitted that there were some attitude “a little libertine” by some clients, which however was “limited in time thanks to the presence of two external security agents summoned to enforce the regulations. They all took their temperature, they all signed the statement. All clients were registered ”. The owner also responded to the controversy of the notice that invited those present not to publish videos and images through social networks, which obviously was not done:Was misunderstoodIn a 5-star hotel there may be people who do not want to be filmed. Finally Favilli ventured against the institutions: “They give us crumbs as support from the state, we are obliged to study them all to stay on our feet and avoid failure.. We have 200 people working for this company, I also feel responsible for their income ”.
