The National Coordination of Teachers of the discipline of Human Rights, after having processed the data and carefully analyzed the situation of the current 1st and 2nd band GPS, urgently invites the Ministry to initiate actions aimed at maximizing the places made available to class. of the competition A-46 legal and economic disciplines in schools.
The numbers
Currently there are 4,720 teachers present in the 1st band GPS; while 59,814 requested the second support.
Analysis of the data shows the following:
1) GPS I band: Southern Italy with 70.11% equal to 3,309 registers the highest value compared to the total, followed by Northern Italy with 15.13%, equal to 714 units.
The regions with the highest number of candidates in the ranking are Campania (1,120, 23.73%), Puglia (815, 17, 27%), Sicily (594, 12.58%); Calabria (502; 10.64%) and Lazio (446; 9.45%).
With respect to the provinces, a high concentration of teachers is found in Naples (goes 646; 13.69%), Bari (goes 328; 6.95), Rome (goes 301; 6.38%), Reggio Calabria (goes 176; 3.73%) and Caserta (goes 168; 3.56%).
2) GPS II band: the situation does not change in terms of distribution among the three geographical areas of Italy, in fact, we have southern Italy with 45.62% equal to 27,286 units, northern Italy with 32.71% equal to 19,565 units and finally central Italy with 21.67% or 12,963 units.
The top five regions with the most popular rankings are: Lazio (averages 7771; 12.99%); Lombardy (average 7,477; 12.5%); Campania (av 7,468; 12.49%); Puglia (6,161; 10.3%) and Sicily (5,624; 9.40%).
It is interesting to observe the data relative to the provinces, through which the following situation can be detected:
• the top five in the national ranking are Rome (5,691; 9.51%); Naples (4,531; 7.58%); Milan (3,864; 6.46%); Bari (2,218 va, 3.71%); Turin (2,054; 3.43%);
• the last five correspond to Verbania (90; 0.15%); Oristano (va 89; 0.15%); Sondrio (84, 0.14%); Biella (va 80; 0.13%); Gorizia (59; 0.10%).
These data lead to reflection: the cities in which we find the lowest values are the least populated and the most decentralized. At the same time, it is clear that the possibilities for new members to have a substitute for this kind of competition is very limited in this context.
In consideration of the above – continues the CNDDU – the professional associations of reference to the class of competence (Order of lawyers; Order of public accountants), committees of university students of the faculties in question and experts of the sector are also invited to request to the Ministry in the adoption of important measures to initiate structural and incisive reforms aimed at creating new spaces within the school for the A-46 class (for example, remodeling of civic education in schools of all levels; inclusion of the eliminated hours for reforms (Gelmini) in secondary schools).
