“We have established the provincial rankings of substitutes, digitizing the entire procedure. These will also facilitate the calling of substitutes ensuring greater transparency and speed. There are 753,750 applications for inclusion in the provincial rankings and institutes of substitutes received within the term. More than 800 thousand users in total who, during the opening period of the application, from July 22 to August 6, connected to the system, for a total of 8,659,102 accesses to the online application. 58% of the accesses were made via desktop, 39% via mobile device, 3% via tablet ”.

“The offices completed the evaluation of 1 million 938 thousand questions on time and the publication of the rankings began immediately. In this sense, I want to thank the staff of the Administration and the schools, who worked tirelessly to achieve the result ”.

“For the first time, the system has allowed us to have a computerized procedure that reduces processing times, which eliminates differences in evaluations in individual rankings, ensuring impartiality and objectivity.”

“We released the rankings in good time, avoiding the domino effect that slowing down a single school meant blocking all production in entire provinces.”

“The grades submitted, once validated by the individual schools, will enter the teacher registry, which will allow their use for subsequent submission of applications without the need for further paperwork by the teachers. In the last days some inconsistencies were reported in the scores and titles declared by the candidates. The errors and omissions in the compilation of the applications, the material corrections to be made, arose in an extremely small number. We intervene with absolute punctuality. But provincialization and digitization are bringing to light an extremely significant fact: for years, in previous rankings, there were positions, with scores difficult to verify and with critical degrees of inconsistency. A generalized and multilevel control system has been activated, which today makes it possible to make all these positions transparent and immediately allow offices and schools to return management to truth and correctness ”.
