This was said by Eugenio Giani, president of the Tuscany Region, interviewed by Radio Bruno Toscana about the Covid situation.
“The competition,” he continued, “is theirs, they decide as a control room and as a Ministry, it is useless for me to assume positions: I have to give them the data, the arguments, so that Tuscany is recognized at the level I believe. Well, that is the yellow zone, but there I stop ».
According to Giani, however, “the fact that we have just over 300 infections means that at this moment we have contagion in only 92 municipalities: in the other municipalities, two-thirds of the total, we have no contagion, and in some municipalities it has already occurred for some days. Certainly we are not in a position to ignore the phenomenon, the death toll is still high today and having 45 dead still makes me suffer, but there is no doubt that in Tuscany we are experiencing a decrease.
