The result obtained by users is a preview of the image published by LaNuovaPadania accompanied by the title “Amatrice, the only school in Italy that did not reopen”. This was enough to argue that the photo came from a place other than Genoa, but it is not. Google Images, in this case, found the image within the link of the article from LaNuovaPadania but placed within the recommended articles:
