For them, the future is a threat. When I graduated I knew I would be teaching in two years, today is certainly not the case for them. If they drink and drink, they drink and live at night, is it because during the day who calls them by name? Who takes them into consideration?“But still,”They have the maximum of their strength from the age of 15. They have the maximum sexual potency but cannot procreate before the age of 35. They have the greatest mental power at that age. Why don’t we use the great potential that they have in their head? The creative moment is at that age ”. In addition, according to the philosopher, they cannot teach people who are not passionate about students and who in 40 years of career ruin entire generations: “I have no problem appreciating a charismatic teacher who plagiarizes classes – need – but those who ruin students should be punished. Teachers must be selected with tests that assess personality, it is necessary to verify if the teacher has passion and if he is capable of moving.”.
Parents, for their part, “they must be expelled from school because their presence prevents the child from assuming his responsibilities. Parents are interested in promotion and the teacher to avoid summer problems in front of the Tar ends up promoting everyone. But in this way a meritocratic structure is not built.
