Serious accident on the afternoon of Sunday 20 September in Ghisalba: two Fiat Cinquecento collide head-on.
A 30-year-old woman and a 55-year-old woman were injured in a head-on collision between two Fiat Cinquecentos on the Bassa Bergamasca provincial highway near Ghisalba. The road is the one that leads to Cavernago and the causes of the accident are still being investigated.
The accident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 20: at the scene the firefighters extracted the boy from the crumpled sheets of his car, two ambulances and a medical car with the Carabineros de Treviglio for the relief of the case.
From the first information collected, the 30-year-old was transferred in code red to the Papa Giovanni hospital in Bergamo: his condition seems serious. The woman was also taken to Bergamo: her condition would not be a cause for concern.
