Piacenza and all of Emilia Romagna have entered the orange zone. A measure, decided by the government, which accumulates the previous ones and the regional ordinance taken yesterday, and which will last for at least 15 days from today, Sunday, November 15. The restrictions provided by the regional ordinance against meetings are also active since yesterday. These are the main limitations.
MASK – First of all, it is mandatory to always wear a mask when leaving home.
MOBILITY ‘- As far as mobility is concerned, it is forbidden to circulate between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., except for proven reasons of health, work and need. Mobility restrictions also refer to the prohibition of entering and leaving to other regions and between municipalities in the same region. The recommendation is to limit trips to those strictly necessary.
BARS AND RESTAURANTS – The most painful chapter is the one that refers to bars, restaurants and public places in general, which will be closed 7 days a week, allowing only take-out food and home delivery.
DEAL – Shopping centers will be closed on holidays and the eve of holidays, with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, food, newsstands and tobacconists inside. Suspension of gambling and betting rooms, even in bars and tobacconists. Also stop at the weekly markets.
SCHOOL – Distance education is provided for secondary schools, except in the special cases of students with disabilities and laboratory activities; on the other hand, kindergarten, primary and secondary school are still present. Classroom lessons suspended for universities except for some activities.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT – For public transport there is a 50% reduction in available seats.
ART AND CULTURE – It also closed museums, cinemas, theaters and exhibitions.
SPORT ACTIVITY – Lower the blinds of gyms and swimming pools, while the sports halls will remain open. Individual sports activities will continue to be possible as long as they are carried out in green areas, but not in historic centers and busy areas.
