The “visitation exemption”, valid in both the red and orange zones, establishes that you can travel once a day, from 5 to 22, to visit a single house (of anyone, friends or family) that must be in your region. On this journey there may be a maximum of two, possibly accompanied by minors under 14, disabled or not self-sufficient without restriction of number.
Even on orange days, the general rules are still in force, such as the curfew from 10 pm to 5 am You cannot move between regions except for work, health, necessity reasons, but you can always therefore also move between regions, return to your residence, domicile or domicile. The latter is considered the place where you live “with a certain continuity and stability”: therefore, people who usually live in the same house can get together.
It is also allowed to always reach second residences if they are in the region itself, but only for a family unit, and only from 5 to 22. Sports and physical activity can always be done, individually, outdoors and respecting distances. Masses are celebrated. The bars and restaurants are closed to consumption in the place, but they can carry out take-out service, always allowed until 10 at night, while home deliveries have no time limit. Instead, the stores are open.
From 5 to 22 it is not necessary to motivate movements within the municipality itself. To travel to other municipalities, as well as from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. even within your own municipality, you must always be able to demonstrate that the movement falls within those allowed, also by self-declaration that can be made on pre-printed forms already supplied to the forces. state and local police.
