THE RESTAURANTS – The restaurants will remain open for lunch also on Christmas, San Esteban, New Year’s Eve and Epiphany. In fact, the project of the new Dpcm does not foresee any more restrictions regarding the limited hours from 5 to 18 also for bars and other food and beverage supply areas. “Consumption at the table is allowed for a maximum of four people per table, unless they all live together,” reads the text.
SPORTS EVENTS – Until January 15, only “high-level” matches and competitions will be held. This is the provisions of article 1 of the new Dpcm which introduces a modification with respect to the previous decree on the holding of sporting events. “Only events and competitions recognized as high level and of national interest with a provision of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and the Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP) are allowed – read the text – about individual and team sports organized by respective federations national sports, associated sports disciplines, sports promotion bodies or by international sports bodies, within sports facilities used behind closed doors or outdoors without the presence of the public ”.
