Stores still closed in the red zones
Regarding the areas of the national territory characterized by a very serious scenario (the red zones), retail commercial activities remain suspended, with the exception of the sale of food and basic necessities. The suspension continues to apply both in neighborhood stores and in medium and large sales structures (even within shopping centers).
What changes in the next few hours
Today, Saturday, December 5, is a “day of transition” -also for purchases- since Health Minister Roberto Speranza has announced that in the next few hours he will sign ordinances based on which, starting tomorrow, Sunday, December 6, colors from some regions. Some that are currently in the red zone will also change color. In particular, Campania, Tuscany, Aosta Valley and the autonomous province of Bolzano will turn orange. Instead, business activities will remain suspended in Abruzzo, the only region left in the red zone.
