The president of Campania, Vincenzo De Luca, has signed a new ordinance that prohibits travel from the province of residence or habitual residence to other provinces of Campania from October 21 to 30, unless there are proven reasons for work, health reasons , family or related to school and training activities. Return to usual home is allowed. However, the provision does not refer to the curfew announced by President De Luca on October 20.

The ordinance also confirms the suspension of face-to-face lessons in elementary, secondary and nursery schools, except for students with disabilities. The ordinance also provides for the establishment of the “red zone” for the municipality of Arzano, in the province of Naples.
