Free parking in the center of Legnano, Radice: “An idea we already had in November”

The benefits of free parking near the historic center, even if it is not all day, They will be effective as of tomorrow, Saturday, December 12 and will only affect the via Gilardelli area and the Cantoni area car park,

Between 8 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. and between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., parking in the via Gilardelli area will be free for the first hour. At the same time, four hours of free stay in the Cantoni car park, with entry in via Tirinnanzi (In the lunch time slot, parking is already free in both parking lots).

“With this measure – explains the mayor, Lorenzo Radice – we want to promote trade and encourage, obviously in compliance with anti-Covid measures, city assistance. Even from outside Legnano if, as it seems, Lombardy will soon be classified as a yellow zone. Furthermore, the Cantoni car park is underused. This can be an opportunity to promote the possibility of stopping very close to the center.
