Due to this trend, the prosecutor Storari has already requested the trial of five companies that are part of the San Donato Group, including Ospedale San Raffaele spa, for the law of administrative responsibility of the entities, as well as Stefanato, Cavallazzi (not investigated in the new investigation), for three former managers of the pharmaceutical company Mylan spa, for one of Bayer and for the pharmaceutical company itself, as well as for Novartis Farma spa, again due to the law of administrative responsibility.
