No lessons
It is good to know that the occupational doctor may consider the teacher temporarily inadequate to carry out the lessons, considering that in the classroom, in the presence of a large number of students, he could be exposed to considerable risks in case of contagion by Covid-19.
However, the incompatibility identified by the physician may not affect work activity. in Toto. In the sense that the teacher who is considered inadequate for the realization of the lessons could still be considered capable of carrying out other tasks, of an administrative nature (therefore, professionally placed as Ata) in a different context, compatible in this case with his health condition.
In this case, therefore, it will always be “used” within the school, but obviously not in the classroom.
This change of role, always temporary, would also entail a change in the weekly working day, which would become 36 hours as required by article 8 of the CCNI Inappropriate Uses.
Giannelli: can perform other functions
