The rules
To combat and contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, from December 6, 2020 to January 15, 2021 throughout the region, the following general measures are applied:
a) It is mandatory outside the home the correct use of the mask to cover the nose and mouth, with the exception of minors under six years of age, subjects who are carrying out sports activities and subjects with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of the mask, as well as for those who, when interacting with those mentioned, find themselves in the same incompatibility; In the case of temporary lowering of the mask for the habitual consumption of food or beverages or tobacco, it must in any case be ensured a minimum distance of one meter, except for the provisions of specific more restrictive provisions. The use of the mask is also mandatory in private vehicles if there are people on board who do not live together.

g) It is strongly recommended that traders reserve access to commercial establishments of large and medium sales structures for subjects with at least 65 years of age preferably from 10.00 to 12.00.
h) It is highly recommended do not go to another house in a family unit other than yours except for necessity or commercial reasons
i) It is strongly recommended do not use public transport Unless necessary that cannot be done by other means.
l) Sports, physical activity and walking are highly recommended. outdoors in areas that are generally not crowded and in any case, the obligation to respect the interpersonal safety distance of at least two meters for sports activities and of at least one meter for any other activity is maintained.
Sanctions
In particular, in the event of non-compliance with the provisions of point 1, lett. c) and d) is ordered the precautionary measure for the immediate closure of the financial year by the investigating body in accordance with art. 4, paragraph 4, of Decree Law 25.3.2020, n. 19, converted, with modifications, by Law May 22, 2020, n. 35. – Urgent measures to face the epidemiological emergency due to SARS-CoV-2.
