Then the situation precipitated: “After going to bed, around two o’clock I hear a loud snoring, it is not the usual noise, it is different, I see that everything stiffens, I call him, but he does not answer, his eyes are open but it seems empty I understand that the situation is serious, I call my brother who lives upstairs and I call 118. I do the heart massage as the operator tells me, after 15 minutes the ambulance arrives and the doctors help him, but after 45 minutes they say that he did not succeed and that he had passed away. I am here to answer my children’s questions, I owe it to them and to me. Because he died, it is an answer that we all must have.
That lot of the AstraZeneca vaccine has been recalled and the case is being investigated pending the autopsy result to see if there is a causal relationship and effect. The Deputy Minister of Health, Pierpaolo Sileri, present in the study, expressed closeness to the woman, underlining that if there is a temporality link (disease after the inoculation of the first dose), the causality link is not proven at the moment.
