Extraordinary competition for the role mentioned in DD n. 510 of April 23, 2020 and DD n. 783 of July 8, 2020: as reported by the Orizzonte Scuola drafting, the self-declaration form attached to the operating instructions issued on October 1 was not updated with the latest indications from the Ministry of Health.
In fact, the Ministry today published the updated version of the SELF-COURSE MODEL, which replaces the one attached to the security protocol.

In the new model it declares
- have read the security and health protection measures published by the Ministry of Education on its website at the link https://www.miur.gov.it/web/guest/procedurastraordinaria-per-immissione-in-ruolo- secondary and adopt, during the proficiency test, all the necessary containment measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19;
- not be subject to a period of mandatory isolation or quarantine in accordance with current government regulations;
- not being aware of being positive for COVID-19;
- not have or have had symptoms attributable to COVID-19 in the previous 14 days;
- have been symptomatic positive for COVID-19 and have observed an isolation period of at least 10 days from the onset of symptoms (not considering anosmia and ageusia / dysgeusia that may persist for a long time) accompanied by a molecular test with result negative performed after at least 3 days without symptoms;
- have been asymptomatic positive for COVID-19 and have observed an isolation period of at least 10 days from the onset of positivity, at the end of which a negative molecular test is performed.
In the case of close contact with people positive for COVID-19:
- have observed a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days since the last exposure to
case; - have observed a 10-day quarantine period since the last exposure with a negative antigen or molecular test, performed on the 10th day.
